Our award-winning television work ranges from artful non-fiction portraits to intelligent reality and lifestyle programs, which have aired on PBS, HBO, Showtime, Bravo, and A&E. Joshua Seftel directed Bravo’s groundbreaking, Emmy Award-winning Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, and has contributed to the Peabody Award-winning program This American Life both on public radio and on Showtime. Recent productions include the Emmy-nominated PBS series NOVA scienceNOW, the 13-part Telly Award-winning public television series Invitation to World Literature, and the PBS prime time mini-series Lidia Celebrates America, featuring renowned chef Lidia Bastianich. Seftel has contributed to the development and production of many other series, including A&E’s critically acclaimed Confessions of a Matchmaker and PBS’s Emmy Award-winning children’s show Fetch! With Ruff Ruffman.
